Venpro Painting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit venpropainting.com, request an estimate, complete a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or contact us about our services.

Information we collect

You may provide your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, property address, project details, photos, and messages. The information requested depends on the form or service you use.

Our website and advertising tools may also collect technical information, including browser and device details, IP address, pages visited, referral information, advertising identifiers, and actions such as submitting an estimate request. Cookies and similar technologies may support this collection.

Please do not submit payment card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through an estimate form.

How we use information

Submitting an estimate request allows us to follow up about that request. It does not, by itself, enroll you in unrelated promotional text-message campaigns.

Service providers and advertising platforms

We do not sell customer contact information or provide it to other businesses so they can market their own products or services to you. This is separate from the service-provider and advertising-measurement processing described below.

We use providers that support website hosting, communications, customer management, and advertising measurement.

Website estimate requests are sent to PaintScout, our customer and estimating platform. Information submitted through Facebook or Instagram lead forms is processed by Meta and made available to Venpro Painting.

Our website uses Meta advertising technology and, when you consent through our website’s measurement notice, Google Ads and OpenAI advertising measurement. These technologies may associate website activity with advertising interactions. OpenAI and Meta may hash supported contact information for matching, depending on platform settings. Hashing does not make information anonymous.

Google’s tag loads only after you accept ad measurement. It uses cookies and technical information, including page and advertising-click information, to measure our ads. We record a Google conversion only after the receiving system confirms an estimate request. We do not send names, contact details, property details, or project descriptions to Google through this conversion event. Google enhanced conversions and advertising personalization are disabled in this implementation. A previous choice about OpenAI does not authorize Google measurement.

These platforms also process information under their own policies: Meta Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, and OpenAI Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with legal requirements or protect the rights and safety of our business, customers, or others.

Estimate form diagnostics

On our estimate page, Venpro records page visits, the first use of the form, categories of validation or delivery errors, and whether the receiving system acknowledged a request. This helps us improve the form. These diagnostic records do not include names, contact details, property ZIP codes, project descriptions, full page URLs, IP addresses, or advertising click identifiers.

A random page identifier connects these steps during one page load. It is not reused to follow you across visits. Records include the time, a broad device category, the form version, and a limited campaign label; they are stored with our existing website hosting provider. A measured page or a recorded receipt does not by itself establish a unique person, advertising attribution, or a sale.

The estimate page’s “Website analytics” control lets you turn this diagnostic collection off. This preference is saved in your browser. Diagnostic collection is also disabled when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. This control is separate from the advertising measurement described above.

Cookies and your choices

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and advertising preferences through the relevant platform.

The website’s “Ad measurement preferences” control lets you accept or decline Google and OpenAI measurement. Those choices are saved separately in your browser; Google requires a new choice even if you previously accepted OpenAI. Declining stops future conversion events and updates the loaded providers’ consent state. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals prevent these tags from loading. This control does not currently control Meta tracking. Declining measurement does not prevent you from requesting an estimate.

You may ask us to stop optional follow-up communications by contacting us using the number below.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for inquiries, customer relationships, project administration, recordkeeping, and applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by record type.

No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. We will review your request, verify your identity when appropriate, and respond in accordance with applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Children

Our services and estimate forms are intended for adults arranging painting services, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices change. The published policy will display its effective or revised date.
